When I first had the pleasure to meet Jill-Marie and Jean-Michel Carre, I had no idea that I was being so honored. Over the years, their enthusiasm and dedication to high quality and customer service have enabled Chocolats du CaliBressan to be one of the greatest businesses on the Central Coast of California, with chocolates that are unsurpassed in taste and quality throughout the world, and a great generosity to the community. It is increasingly difficult to give these amazing chocolate treats as gifts, because I have such a hard time not eating them all myself. Whenever we have guests, we love to bring them to the CDC store for a treat. CDC has been creating my signature holiday chocolate for years, and I am delighted to be able to do business with them and call them my friends. Thank you for all you do and who you are.
